Condition and quality control
All items we offer are vintage or pre-owned. This means they have been worn previously, which contributes to their unique character and authenticity. It's important to understand that these are not new clothes.
Our grading system
- Grade A: Excellent condition. No visible signs of wear, stains, or damage. Ready for immediate resale.
- Grade B: Good condition with minor, visible but wearable signs of wear. Still very saleable.
Transparency
Each box is manually inspected before shipping. However, we're honest: due to human error, up to 20% of items may contain minor imperfections such as light blemishes. This is normal within vintage and is reflected in our price. Severely damaged items (Grade C) are not included in Grade A boxes.
Dispatch
Your box will be securely and carefully packaged to prevent damage during transport. We use sturdy shipping boxes suitable for the contents.
Shipping time
Orders placed on weekdays before 4:00 PM will be processed the same day. The expected delivery time is 1-3 business days for Belgium and the Netherlands. As soon as your package is on its way, you will automatically receive a track & trace code by email.

Returns
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. That's why we have a clear and fair returns policy.
14 days' reflection period
You can return your order within 14 days of receipt for a full refund. Items must be in their original, unused condition—unwashed and with all tags still attached.
