What's in this box?
Condition & quality control
All items are vintage or second-hand: they have been worn before. That gives them character, but it is not new clothing.
Our grading
- Grade A: excellent condition, with no visible signs of wear, stains or damage. Ready to resell.
- Grade B: good condition with light signs of wear, such as a small stain or slight discoloration. Still easy to resell.
What's in your box?
In a box, at least 80% of the items are Grade A and up to 20% Grade B. Every box is checked by hand before shipping, and heavily damaged items (Grade C) never end up in our boxes. In a Grade B box, all items are Grade B.
More than 20% Grade B, or a serious defect? Report it within 7 days with photos via info@xdvintage.com (don't wash the items yet) and we'll find a solution.

Your box is packed firmly and carefully.
Shipping time
In-stock orders ship within 1–2 business days. Delivery takes 3–5 business days to Belgium and the Netherlands; for other countries you'll see the delivery time at checkout. Pre-orders ship from the delivery date shown on this page. As soon as your parcel is on its way, you'll receive a tracking code by email.
Shipping costs
Belgium from €6.50, the Netherlands from €7.95. Free shipping to Belgium and the Netherlands from €400. All rates per country are in our shipping policy.

Returns
14-day cooling-off period
You can withdraw from your order within 14 days of receipt. Send back the complete box, with the items unworn and unwashed. Return costs are at your own expense.
Requesting a return
Register your return via our return portal. We refund you within 5–7 business days after receiving and checking your return. All conditions are in our return policy.
Quality issue?
Don't wash the items yet and send us photos first via info@xdvintage.com. See also "Condition & quality control".
