Article 1 – Company details

Article 2 – Applicability
These terms and conditions apply to every offer, order and agreement between XD Vintage and the customer via xdvintage.com. By placing an order, the customer declares to know and accept these terms.
Article 3 – Products and offer
XD Vintage sells vintage and second-hand branded clothing, mainly through reseller boxes.
- All items are authentic.
- Items are second-hand/vintage and may show light signs of wear.
- Quality grading: in a box, at least 80% of the items are Grade A and up to 20% Grade B, unless stated otherwise on the product (for example a Grade B box).
- The contents of a box are not specified per item in advance. Sizes range from XS to XXL, unless stated otherwise.
- On request, a box can be put together with chosen sizes (handpick), for a surcharge of 10%.
- Images are for illustration only and may differ from the actual contents.
Article 4 – Prices and payment
All prices are in euro and include VAT, unless stated otherwise. You see the shipping costs at checkout before you pay. Payment is made via Shopify's secure checkout. Orders already placed are processed at the price at the time of purchase.
Article 5 – Delivery
In-stock orders ship within 1 to 2 business days from Belgium. Delivery to Belgium and the Netherlands takes 3 to 5 business days; for other countries see our shipping policy. Pre-orders ship from the delivery date stated on the product page.
Delivery times are indicative. If a delivery is more than 30 days later than announced, the customer can cancel the order free of charge.
Article 6 – Right of withdrawal
The consumer customer has the right to withdraw from the agreement within 14 days of receipt, without giving a reason. The conditions and procedure are set out in our return and refund policy. The complete box must be returned; the items must not have been worn, washed or altered. Return costs in case of withdrawal are at the customer's expense.
The customer acknowledges that the exact contents of a box are not known in advance. Variation in items is not a defect, as long as the box matches the description and the quality grading.
Article 7 – Conformity and complaints
XD Vintage guarantees that the products match the description and the stated quality grading. Given their second-hand nature, light signs of wear within that grading are not a defect.
The customer should preferably report quality complaints within 7 days of receipt via info@xdvintage.com, with clear photos and before washing the items. The procedure is set out in our return and refund policy. The consumer's statutory warranty rights remain fully in force.
Article 8 – Liability
XD Vintage's liability is limited to the amount of the order concerned, except in case of intent or gross negligence. XD Vintage is not liable for indirect damage, consequential damage or loss of profit.
Article 9 – Force majeure
XD Vintage is not liable if it cannot fulfil its obligations due to force majeure, such as carrier delays, strikes, government measures or technical failures.
Article 10 – Intellectual property
All content on the website (texts, images, logos, designs) is the property of XD Vintage or its licensors and may not be used without prior written permission.
Article 11 – Complaints procedure
Complaints can be submitted via info@xdvintage.com. We reply within 2 business days and aim to handle every complaint quickly and correctly. If we cannot resolve it together, the consumer can contact the Consumer Ombudsman Service (consumentenombudsdienst.be).
Article 12 – Applicable law and disputes
Belgian law applies to all agreements. Disputes are submitted to the competent court in Belgium, without prejudice to the mandatory rights of the consumer.
Article 13 – Changes
XD Vintage may change these terms and conditions. The most recent version is always available on the website. An order is governed by the terms that applied at the time of ordering.
